Noblesville, IN – Rep. Victoria Spartz (IN-05) has revealed the victor of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition, an event that has been running since 1982 by the U.S. House of Representatives. The competition showcases the artistic endeavors of high school students from all corners of the nation.The first-place honoree for this year is Violet Taylor, a senior from Madison-Grant High School in Grant County.
