Carmel High School standout Hope McDonald’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 7

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Carmel High School standout Hope McDonald’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Creighton Bluejays.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bluejays this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons.
