Carmel, IN – Rep. Victoria Spartz (IN-05) has launched her 2024 in-person town hall series. The first town hall took place in Carmel, IN, where the Congresswoman provided updates on her work on border security, debt, and congressional oversight. She also took unfiltered questions from the audience.

"Town halls are essential for proper representation,” said Spartz. “I always look forward to an honest and open conversation with the people I represent."

In addition to the town hall in Carmel, Spartz will be hosting two more town halls later this week. The first will be in Delaware County on Friday, January 26th, from 11am to 1pm at the Yorktown Town Hall located at 9312 W. Smith Street, Yorktown, IN 47396. The second will be in Grant County on Saturday, January 27th, from 11am to 1pm at Fire Station 2 located at 5051 E. 500 South, Gas City, IN 46933.

These town halls provide an opportunity for constituents to directly engage with their representative and voice their concerns. Spartz believes that these conversations are crucial for effective representation and that they allow for an honest and open dialogue between herself and the people she represents.

As Spartz continues her town hall series, she aims to address the pressing issues facing her constituents and to keep them informed about her work in Congress. She believes that by actively engaging with the community, she can better understand their needs and advocate for their interests.

The town halls are an important aspect of Spartz's commitment to transparency and accountability in her role as a congresswoman. They allow her to connect with the people she serves and ensure that their voices are heard in the halls of Congress.

As the town hall series progresses, constituents in Delaware County and Grant County can look forward to similar opportunities to engage with Spartz and have their questions answered. These events provide a platform for open and honest communication, fostering a stronger relationship between the representative and her constituents.

Spartz's dedication to hosting these town halls demonstrates her commitment to serving the people who elected her. By actively seeking input and feedback from her constituents, she aims to be an effective and responsive representative for the residents of Indiana's 5th congressional district.
