Senator Todd Young, U.S. Senator representing Indiana, recently shared updates on his official X (formerly Twitter) account regarding veteran support initiatives and congressional actions.

On September 6, 2025, Young announced the opening of applications for a fellowship program dedicated to military-affiliated individuals. He stated, "My office is proud to begin accepting applications for the Stars of Valor Fellowship, a program for veterans, members of Gold Star Families, and Active-Duty Military Spouses."

Two days later, on September 8, 2025, Young noted an upcoming visit from a government official. He posted, "Looking forward to welcoming @SecDuffy to Evansville today."

Later that same day, Young highlighted bipartisan congressional support for changes at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He wrote on X: "Joined with 71 Congressional colleagues to support the Trump Administration’s efforts to restore life-affirming, lawful care at the VA."

The Stars of Valor Fellowship mentioned by Young is designed to provide professional development opportunities and recognition for veterans and their families. The VA policy referenced in his third post relates to ongoing debates over healthcare provisions for veterans.
