Entertainment lineup announced for Art of Wine

CARMEL, IN – The annual Art of Wine event returns to Main Street on Saturday, May 20, but wine is not the only star of this spectacular experience! In addition to the dozen wineries from across the state pouring free samples of their best bottles, the Art of Wine will also feature an awesome musical lineup for entertainment.

This year's headliner band is Lost Wax, coming to Carmel from Kansas City and performing on the Main Stage from 8–10 p.m. Lost Wax Band is the "original mashup party band," providing a show that specializes in a unique music style that fuses Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop and R&B from six decades of hits. The band has been performing all over the United States since 2009 with mashups and medley sets that make them unique.

In addition to the headliner, a selection of local acoustic bands will be performing throughout the festival from 4–8 p.m. Bands will perform two-hour sets and include:

And then there is the wine... the real star of this event.

Art of Wine will host 12 wineries from across the state. Guests of all ages can enjoy the festival, not to mention the Arts & Design District's unique stores and galleries for free! The event will be on May 20 from 5–10 p.m.

Wine Tasting Tickets are $30 for adults who wish to sample wines and are 21 years of age or older (photo ID required at check-in) and that includes a souvenir wine glass.VIP Prime Hour tickets are also available for purchase and includes early entry at 4 p.m. and unlimited wine tastings for $50. The upgrade also includes a souvenir wine glass, a wine stopper, a plate with wine glass holder and an insulated backpack that conveniently holds two bottles of wine. VIP Prime Hour tickets are limited to the first 350 purchased.
