Whitinger & Company Accountant Promoted & Passes Cpa Exam

Whitinger & Company LLC is proud to announce that Dane Denniston of the firm’s Fishers, Indiana office, recently passed all required Indiana exams to

achieve his CPA license and was promoted to Senior Accountant.

Denniston is a native of Columbus, Indiana and currently lives in Fishers, Indiana. He works in all

areas of the firm, including both assurance and tax. He is responsible for performing audit

fieldwork in client locations and other attest services. He also prepares tax returns and performs

tax planning and research for individual and business clients. Before joining Whitinger &

Company full-time, Denniston completed internships with the firm in 2020 & 2021.

Dane earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting with a minor in Financial Planning from Ball

State University’s Miller College of Business. While at Ball State, he was invited to be a member

of Beta Gamma Sigma business fraternity and was active in Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship. He

is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and will be getting married this spring.
